Fund Distribution Committee. This 70-person volunteer
committee conducts an extensive review of each program to
ensure that funds are used efficiently to best meet critical
needs in Whatcom County. Direct Donor Designations
are passed on to partner and non-partner agencies on top of
any Community Safety Net Allocations. |
